Michael Woolley appointed CFO of EG Solutions
Michael Woolley has been appointed chief financial officer of optimisation software company EG Solutions with immediate effect.

Woolley, 29, joined EG in November 2014 from Pets at Home, where he was senior management accountant and was involved in the company’s initial public offering on AIM. He is a trained CIMA management accountant and has a degree in accounting from the University of Central Lancashire.
He succeeded Jonathan Kay who stepped down from the board but will remain employed by the company until the completion of his notice period.
Woolley has 5,000 options over ordinary shares issued on 7 January 0215, under the AIM listed company’s share plan, which are exercisable between 7 January 2019 and 6 January 2025 at 67.5p.
Chief Executive Elizabeth Gooch said: "Michael's appointment further strengthens the newly formed board and we are pleased with the progress he continues to make to the financial and operational performance of EG. We welcome him at a pivotal time in our realignment and refocus."
Shares in EG Solutions were down 4.67% to 51p at 1249 BST.
