Scisys said on Monday that the contract was worth a total of €3m and was awarded under a programme funded by the European Union.
The AIM-listed company's Germany-based space division will cover various security features and mechanisms related to the contract and has also been assigned to develop and deliver the project's interface.
Chief executive Klaus Heidrich, said: "We are very pleased with this recent win by our Space division. It adds to our confidence that the future prospects for the group continue to be encouraging."
Just last week, Scisys scored a £2.4m defence contract set to commence before the end of the year and carry on until December 2020. However, it noted the contract win had not altered its existing market guidance.
At 0910 GMT, Scisys shares were up 2.14% to 143.50p.
