Zest has been selected to deliver the company’s employee benefits package to more than 5000 employees.
Under the terms of the contract, the Zest solution will provide its modern, flexible, and independent software that is quick to set up, easy to maintain and simple to use.
SimplyBiz said that following a multi-year investment programme, Zest's SaaS technology offers a "high-quality" employee experience whilst reducing administrative burden. Zest's tailored software platform has been configured and delivered to Taylor Wimpey.
Chief executive officer Matt Timmins said: "We are delighted that Taylor Wimpey has engaged us to power its employee benefits offering via a multi-year agreement with Zest. Taylor Wimpey has an award-winning and well-defined process for delivering and administering employee benefits, and our technology and services are the ideal fit for their requirements.
"Taylor Wimpey is widely recognised by the likes of Glassdoor as being one of the best companies to work for in the UK. The fact that they have appointed Zest to help them to maintain their strong reputation through the implementation of our world-class employee benefits platform is a significant endorsement of the Zest solution."
