Sysgroup appoints new chief financial officer

Qualified chartered accountant Audcent has experience in senior finance and operational positions, and joins the AIM traded company from NCC Group where he has served as associate director of finance and group financial controller.

Previously, he worked in senior finance positions as Baker Tilly and MBL Group.

To ensure a smooth transition, previous CFO Julian Llewellyn will remain with the company over the coming months, despite stepping down from the board.

“On behalf of the board, I would like to thank Julian for his contribution to the group and wish him well for the future,” said Binks.

As of 1205 BST, Sysgroup’s shares were up 5.06% at 41.50p.
