The AIM-listed commercial mobile virtual network operator announced the wholesale deal on Tuesday.
Three will provide network coverage of voice, text and data to the cause-based network’s customers from the beginning of 2016.
The network had previously signed a wholesale agreement with EE to provide those services.
Chief executive and co-founder Mark Epstein said the deal was advantageous from an operational and commercial perspective.
"Our new wholesale agreement with Three UK targets delivery of award-winning mobile network coverage, including 4G, to our customers from the first quarter of 2016.
“It also allows us to continue to deliver competitive plans to our customers whilst marking a significant step towards the profitability of our UK business."
The virtual mobile network supports a number of charities by giving them 10% of customers’ monthly spend.
