Thor shares suspended in Sydney ahead of capital raising

Shares in Thor Mining were halted from trading on the ASX in Sydney on Friday morning, the company confirmed, so it could undertake a capital raising.

The AIM-traded firm said the fundraise would accelerate exploration activities on its priority uranium assets in the United States, and the multi-commodity Ragged Range Project in Western Australia.
Trading in its shares on AIM was unaffected.
“The ASX trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of trading on 29 November, or the release of an announcement by the company,” the board said in its statement.
At 1103 GMT, shares in Thor Mining were down 11.11% in London at 0.4p.
