The AIM-traded firm said Monarch Content Management is wholly-owned by leading North American racetrack and technology operator Stronach Group.
It said the agreement would allow WatchandWager players to wager on races at Golden Gate Fields, Gulfstream Park, Laurel Park, Pimlico, and Santa Anita Park among others.
The additions of Gulfstream Park and Pimlico were “important additions” to the WatchandWager menu of available tracks, the board said.
Based near Miami, Florida, Gulfstream Park is a “major centre” of US horse racing, especially during the winter and spring when it hosts the grade-one Pegasus World Cup, as well as the grade-one Florida Derby and grade-two Fountain of Youth Stakes for Kentucky Derby hopefuls.
Pimlico is located in Baltimore, Maryland, and is one of the oldest racetracks in the United States.
The company said the track was famous for hosting the second leg of the US Triple Crown, the grade-one Preakness Stakes in May.
It said the additions of Gulfstream Park, Laurel Park, and Pimlico were the result of efforts by WatchandWager management to obtain wagering access to the tracks.
The agreement with Monarch meant that WatchandWager players would have “full access” to all of the top tracks in the United States, as well as wagering on all three legs of the US Triple Crown.
“We are pleased to have secured this agreement with our partners at Monarch Content Management for 2023,” said WatchandWager president Ed Comins.
“WatchandWager takes pride in offering the best racetracks to its players, and this contract fulfils that commitment to them.
“We believe that this agreement will be mutually-beneficial for both companies, and our players will be delighted to wager on top class racing from coast-to-coast.”
The first day of racing at Gulfstream Park and Santa Anita Park would be on 26 December, Webis confirmed.
At 1109 GMT, shares in Webis Holdings were up 29.17% at 1.55p.
