The provider of in-the-cloud services and software to the film and games industries released its results for the six months to 30 September.
It saw a 30% increase in overall client numbers compared to the same period in 2014.
However despite the AIM-listed company launching new metadata production and localisation services, as well as securing preferred localisation vendor status for a growing number of clients, revenue for the period dipped $0.3m (£0.198m) to $6.6m.
The company also decreased a lower cost of sales, which meant despite a fall in revenue its gross profit rose slightly of $5.2m to $5.5m.
The company also reported a profit after a tax of $0.29m, up from its first half of 2014 loss of $0.57m
ZOO Digital chief executive Stuart Green said the company was particularly pleased with the diversification of the business.
"While the entertainment industry continues to undergo rapid change, we are confident that our range of services is appropriate to address the evolving needs of the market and remain cautiously optimistic about the group's future prospects."
