Facebook sues law firms over dispute related to company's ownership
On Monday, Facebook sued four separate law firms over their involvement in a case challenging Mark Zuckerberg's ownership of the social media giant.

DLA Piper, Millberg LLP, Paul Argentieri & Associates and Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP, which were involved with Paul Ceglia's suit against the company in 2010, have all been sued by Facebook.
Ceglia, whose suit was dismissed earlier in 2014, sued Facebook and Zuckerberg in 2010, claiming he owned a stake in the company. but he was arrested by federal agents two years later, after being accused of allegedly manipulating a contract between himself and Zuckerberg and he's due to go on trial soon, according to reports.
Facebook shares were up 1.45% to $77.05 at 20:06 on Monday.
