Director dealings: Naked Wines CEO ups stake

Naked Wines revealed on Tuesday that chief executive officer Nicholas Devlin had acquired 10,280 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed online wine retailer.

Devlin, who was originally pointed to the board of Naked Wines in June 2019, purchased the shares in two separate transactions - snapping up 8,250p on Friday at an average price of 420.0p before grabbing a further 2,030 on Monday at an average price of 438.79p each.

All in all, Devlin spent a total of £43,557.44 on the stock and now has a beneficial interest in 65,480 ordinary shares in the group.

As of 1620 BST, Naked Wines shares were up 1.63% at 437.0p.
