Director dealings: Wizz Air founder lowers stake

Varadi, who co-founded the low-cost carrier back in 2003, disposed of the shares at an average price of 2,769p across two separate transactions, for a total value of £245,222.64.
The Central and Eastern Europe-focussed airline issued its passenger statistics for November earlier in the month, reporting an 11.2% improvement year-on-year in passenger numbers to 2,400,337.
Wizz said its capacity was ahead 7.7% at 2,631,744 for November, leading to a 2.9 percentage point increase in its load factor to 91.2% compared to the same time last year.
On a rolling 12-month basis, capacity was up 18.6% at 36,187,300 and passenger numbers rose 19.7% to 33,401,909, making for a load factor of 92.3%, which was 0.9 percentage points higher.
At 1200 GMT, Wizz shares were down 0.95% to 2,726p.
