Kennedy Wilson chief snaps up more shares ahead of quarterly dividend

The FTSE 250 company, headquartered in Beverly Hills, said on 5 November that its asset management business contracted £2m of incremental annualised net operating income in the period, with 74 leasing transactions across 586,700 square ft.

It also highlighted that its total portfolio value stood at £2.53bn across 301 properties and that it will pay a third quarter dividend of 10p per share.

Chief executive Mary Ricks is so confident in the company’s future that she purchased an additional 20,000 shares for a total price of £235,000.

That brings her total shareholding to 120,916 shares, 0.09% of the company, with a current market value of over £1.42m mid-afternoon Monday.

The purchase comes less than two weeks before the company's third quarter dividend is due to be paid.
