Tories in four-point lead over Labour, poll shows
The Tories have a four point lead over Labour in a new poll published on Tuesday.
The Conservative government is six points up to 36%, the Guardian/ ICM poll revealed. It puts the party one point less than its result in the 2010 General Election.
Backing for the Labour government fell one point to 32%. The Liberal Democrats dropped a point to 10%.
The Tories lead comes as support for smaller parties declines. UKIP is down two points to 7%.
