London's Victoria station evacuated due to fire alarm
London's Victoria station has been evacuated on Wednesday morning due to a fire alert.
Commuters were asked to leave the station which was closed at around 08:05.
The fire alarm went off due to smoke coming from a retail unit, the RT reported.
At 09:10, the London Victoria tweeted the main station had reopened but the underground was still closed. Commuters have been warned that there may still be delays up to 40 minutes while services recover.
