The AIM-traded firm said the partnership would entail the collaboration between ARML, known for its ‘STREAM’ software platform tailored for the governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) market, and BSI Group's digital risk advisory division.
BSI Digital Risk Advisory specialises in assisting organisations in navigating the landscape of digital risks and devising robust strategies to safeguard their assets and reputation.
The partnership would facilitate the expansion of the STREAM user base, and enhance Acuity's revenues.
By combining ARML's software solutions with BSI adept risk assessment capabilities, the board said the collaboration was designed to deliver strategies for minimising risk, ensuring safety, and promoting sustainability in organisations.
“We are thrilled to announce our new partnership with BSI Group; this collaboration marks a significant milestone for Acuity Risk Management,” said chief executive officer Kerry Chambers.
“We are excited to join forces with such a highly-regarded global authority in the field of digital risk advisory, and we look forward to a partnership that will not only provide services but will shape the future of risk management.
“Our goal is to empower organisations to thrive in an increasingly complex digital landscape.”
