Balfour Beatty Living Places will work in partnership with Coventry City Council, Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council and Warwickshire County Council and the contract comes with an option to extend for a further three years.
Balfour, which has been delivering highways maintenance services across Warwickshire for the last five years , said the new award “recognises the value derived from the group's excellent service and the greatly improved IT systems provided”.
Group chief executive Leo Quinn said: “This contract award is a real endorsement of the excellent service we have provided across Warwickshire since 2011 and gives us the opportunity to build upon our successes.”
Last week, Balfour’s Living Places division secured a £55m, two-year extension to its West Sussex highways works contract.
