Coca-Cola HBC proposes dividend, outlines board changes
Coca-Cola HBC proposes declaring a gross dividend of €0.4 a share, subject to approval at the AGM on 21 June, and also a raft of director changes. It expects the dividend to be paid 26 July, having gone ex-divided on 30 June.

Directors Irial Finan, Sir Michael Smith, Nigel Macdonald and George David would retire at the shareholder meeting, and be succeeded by Ahmet Bozer, William Douglas, Reto Francioni and Robert Rudolph.
Bozer retired as executive vice president of The Coca-Cola Company in March, while Douglas was due to retire as executive vice president of Coca-Cola Enterprises in June. Both Francioni, who would become senior-independent director, and Rudolph have backgrounds in law.
