The FTSE 250 listed company announced Monday de Daniel will also take up the new role of chief operating officer as well as director of the company.
De Daniel previously has been the CFO of Adecco Group for nine years where he also successfully led their fast-growing Global Solutions division.
Before that, he was CFO of DIS AG, until it was acquired by Adecco.
Regus chairman Doug Sutherland said he is delighted to welcome de Daniel to the team.
"Dominik is a capable leader who brings highly relevant experience to Regus's finance and operations teams.
“We welcome Dominik joining our international management team and look forward to his contributions to help Regus continue to deliver on our growth ambitions.”
Regus chief executive Mark Dixon paid tribute to the work of outgoing CFO Dominique Yates.
“He has been a key member of the management team and leaves Regus after a period of significant expansion, but importantly, with the balance sheet and financial returns looking better than ever.”
De Daniel will step into the role on 1 November, with Yates remaining at Regus for a transitional period to ensure a smooth handover before leaving the company to “pursue other opportunities”.
