The FTSE 250 firm said she will likely join the company and board, and assume the role of CFO, from mid-October.
Osborne is a chartered accountant, and is currently the finance director for group commercial and enterprise at Vodafone, prior to which she was finance and strategy director at the John Lewis Partnership.
She also serves as a non-executive director of HM Courts and Tribunals Service - an executive agency sponsored by the Ministry of Justice.
Other previous roles include finance director appointments and strategy, planning and business performance analysis roles with businesses including Sodexo, Kingfisher and PepsiCo.
“I am delighted Rachel is joining Domino's at such an exciting time for the group,” said Domino’s Pizza chairman Stephen Hemsley.
“She has extensive experience of financial and strategic management gained across blue chip retailers and consumer branded businesses, plus a strong academic background.
“I am confident Rachel is an excellent fit with both the board and the fast-moving culture of Domino's,” Hemsley added.
Chief executive David Wild said Osborne has a “very strong” track record and is an “exceptional” appointment for the company.
“I'm looking forward to working closely with her, and I'm certain Rachel will make a major contribution to our future development.”
