Draper Esprit 'planning London listing for next month'
Venture capital firm Draper Esprit is expected to float on the London market as soon as next month, it was reported over the weekend.
The early-stage technology investment company is believed to have signed up Numis to advise it on the AIM listing.
The business, which was founded by Tim Draper in 2006, is apparently looking to generate in the region of £120m to £150m, which will be used to buy out investors from one of its venture capital funds, sources told the Sunday Times.
Draper Esprit's previous investments include snack box maker Graze and DVD delivery service Lovefilm.
