Green Reit to acquire four properties for €23m

Irish property investment group Green Reit has exchanged contracts to acquire a building in Dublin for €23m.

The acquisition is in line with the firm's strategy to assemble a portfolio of Dublin-based "prime" properties.

Chief executive Pat Gunne said: "This acquisition presents us with another very exciting Dublin city centre redevelopment opportunity in the heart of Dublin's central business district, at a time when there is a stark shortage of supply of quality office space in the city centre."

As of 10:39, the share price had dropped 0.4% to 1.29p.
