The FTSE 250 company said it would be part of its previously-announced commitment of up to £45m to the asset class via the National Digital Infrastructure Fund (NDIF).
“INPP's latest investment via NDIF is being made into Airband Limited, the UK's largest wireless internet service provider, specialising in building, owning and operating fibre and wireless networks in rural and isolated areas of England and Wales,” the company said in its short statement.
