Interserve FD Tim Haywood to step down
Support services and construction group Interserve has announced that its finance director, Tim Haywood, will step down from the board at the end of September to pursue other interests.

Haywood will remain with the company until 30 November supporting incoming chief executive officer Debbie White, who joins the group and the board on 1 September. The board is undertaking a process to appoint a new group FD and a further announcement will be made in due course.
Chairman Glyn Barker said: "I would like to thank Tim for his significant contribution over the last seven years to Interserve and wish him every success in his future ventures."
At 0808 BST, the shares were down 0.6% to 235.75p.
