Landsec said on Wednesday that Colette O'Shea would assume the newly created title of chief operating officer, while Bruce Findlay and Chris Hogwood will join as managing directors from Furla and Portland, respectively.
The FTSE 250-listed group also appointed a new company secretary, with Liz Miles set to join on 1 January as Tim Ashby departs the group after five years.
Chief executive Mark Allan said: "The level of talent and expertise within Landsec is a real source of strength for the business and a reason why we are recognised as leaders in the sector.
"With a clear framework in place, this leadership team brings together exceptional individuals with deep, relevant skills and experience that will help deliver our strategic priorities."
As of 0900 GMT, Landsec shares were up 1.68% at 715.30p.
