Group digital director Miguel Angel Rodriguez-Sola and audit director Mary Hall decided to leave Lloyds's ranks, according to a source quoted by Sky News.
In an attempt to meet targets for cutting costs, Horta-Osorio plans to cut another 3,000 jobs, after expressing his own desire to remain at the helm of the struggling bank.
Zaka Mian, a digital director at the bank, is expected to replace Rodriguez-Sola as the head of the division, while Hall is also set to leave after joining from KPMG two years ago.
The departures are thought to be unrelated, and Lloyds' statement on the matter did not elaborate.
"We can confirm Mary Hall is an employee of the group. Beyond that we do not comment on individual matters," the statement said.
Lloyds have struggled to recover following a bailout from the UK government during the financial crisis of 2008.
