The AIM-traded firm said Davies was taking up the role of chief financial officer, and was appointed as a member of the board with effect from Monday.
It said Rod Day would continue as a board member and as deputy CFO, working closely with Davies to ensure an orderly handover of responsibilities, until 31 December when, as planned, he would leave the group.
Hyde, meanwhile, was taking up the role of general counsel and company secretary, also with effect from Monday.
As a result, Christopher Lewey was stepping down from his role as acting company secretary, but would continue as group corporate development director.
“Candy and Jane are accomplished leaders, offering a wealth of international experience in large multinational organisations,” said chief executive officer Ian El-Mokadem.
“We welcome both additions to our executive team and look forward to working closely with them as we continue to deliver on our medium-term growth strategy.”
At 1148 BST, shares in RWS Holdings were down 1.77% at 314.34p.
