Ocado appoints Dixons Carphone deputy CEO as non-exec
Ocado has appointed Dixons Carphone’s deputy chief executive officer, Andrew Harrison, as an independent non-executive director with effect from 1 March.

Chairman Lord Rose said: “Andrew brings significant retail and technology experience and we will benefit from his new insight."
The grocery delivery group also said on Thursday that senior independent director and non-executive director David Grigson will retire from the board at the annual general meeting in May.
Rose will succeed Grigson as chairman of the Nomination Committee and Alex Mahon will be appointed senior independent director, both with effect from the meeting on 4 May.
Finally, Andrew Harrison will join as a member of the board’s Remuneration Committee, Audit and Nomination Committee at the beginning of March.
At 0900 GMT, Ocado shares were up 0.3% to 273.70p.
