Sainsbury's appoints former RBS exec Jim Brown as bank boss
Sainsbury's has appointed former RBS executive Jim Brown as chief executive officer of its banking unit.

The company said Brown will join as CEO designate on 19 June and will work with Peter Griffiths for a short period of handover.
Brown was CEO of Royal Bank of Scotland's Williams and Glyn from 2015 to 2017. He was also chief executive of Ulster Bank from 2011 to 2015 and chief executive of retail and commercial markets, Asia for RBS Asia from 2005 to 2011.
Sainsbury's CEO Mike Coupe said: "Jim has a wealth of experience and a strong track record of leading banks through significant change, which will help him lead Sainsbury's Bank through the next stage of its journey. I am delighted to welcome Jim to the Sainsbury's management team."
