The commercial property investor and developer said most of the rearranged rent that would have been paid in advance on 24 June would be paid in the second half of 2020.
Segro also said it had received 98% of £88m rent due for the second quarter in the UK and continental Europe after adjusting for £13m that was rearranged. About £1.5m remains to be paid.
"We continue to work proactively and constructively to support customers impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic on a case by case basis," Segro said.
In its previous update on 9 June the FTSE 100 company said it had rescheduled £15m of second-quarter rent, or about 16% of what was due, and that 82% of rent billed for the second quarter for the UK and continental Europe had been collected or would be paid shortly.
