Taylor Wimpey said its presentation will provide detail on its strategic focus, which comprises four key cornerstones of value going forward - land, operational excellence, sustainability, and capital allocation.
In terms of land, Taylor Wimpey hopes to optimise value from its owned and controlled landbank, as well as its "sector leading strategic land pipeline", while as far as operational excellence was concerned, the group hopes to build "greater discipline" through its business model in order to improve efficiency, protect value, and ensure it is fit for the future.
Looking at sustainability, Taylor Wimpey said it will continue to evolve and embed ESG throughout the business, and turning to capital allocation, the group said it hopes to reinforce its clear and disciplined framework that balances investment for future value creation with sustainable annual dividends and excess cash returns for investors.
As part of Taylor Wimpey's commitment to delivering "a stronger and more resilient business", it also confirmed financial targets of operating profit margins of 21-22% and a return on net operating assets of 30%.
As of 0815 BST, Taylor Wimpey shares were up 1.03% at 127.10p.
