Capacity fell 0.3% year on year to 6.334 million seats, while passenger numbers were down 1.4% to 5.9 million. The load factor was 93.8% vs 94.9% last year.
Engine maker Pratt & Whitney last year said turbofan engines attached to the A321s had to be inspected for potentially defective high-pressure turbine and compressor discs, exacerbating a global supply problem for airlines.
