Workspace Group gets planning permission for Hackney redevelopment
FTSE 250 listed property investment trust Workspace Group has been granted planning permission for the Mare Street Studios redevelopment in north east London.

Workspace will refurbish the Hackney site by upgrading the existing space and adding a rooftop extension and the new 55,000 square foot business centre will contain a café, meeting rooms, cycle storage, showers and communal areas.
The £9.4m development less than 200 meters from London Fields train station has 39,000 square feet of office and industrial space.
