WPP buys Mexico-based digital relations business Cacto
WPP’s wholly-owned brand activity agency, Geometry Global, has acquired Mexico-based digital customer relationship management company Cacto for an undisclosed sum.

The media agency said Cacto’s unaudited revenues for 2015 will be close to 30m Mexican pesos with gross assets of nearly MXN27m.
Cacto specialises in creating CRM programmes for international companies in the automotive and pharmaceutical categories.
“The acquisition continues WPP's strategy of investing in important markets and sectors such as Mexico and Latin America and digital” the company said.
At 1320 GMT, WPP shares were up 1% to 1,525p.
