WPP's Sudler & Hennessey buys majority stake in System Analytic
Media group WPP’s wholly-owned operating company, Sudler & Hennessey, has acquired a majority stake in System Analytic for an undisclosed sum.

Sudler is a global healthcare marketing and communications network, while London-based System Analytic’s database and online tools enable pharmaceutical companies to identify, map and engage key opinions leaders across a broad range of medical fields.
The company, whose clients include Boehringer Ingelheim, Novartis and Roche, had unaudited revenues for the year ended 5 April of £2.1m, with gross assets of £1m.
WPP said the acquisition continues its “strategy of developing its services in fast growing and important sectors and markets”.
At 1033 GMT, WPP shares were 0.3% higher at 1,518p.
