Where are the world's happiest workers?
Endred-Ipsos 2016 Barometer finds 71% of the UK feel positively about their job
Work may not be as bad as we once thought. The old 9-5 slog gets a lot of people down from time to time. But in general we are happy with our work, as this Endred-Ipsos 2016 Barometer found in coordination with Statista and The Indpendent.
India's employees appear to be most pleased with their professions, as a high 88% of their employees admitted to enjoying their job.
The ranking was based around various factors such as being able to trust colleagues, having appropriate facilities and general interest.
The UK figure was 71%, in the same region as areas such as Germany and China.
The study found that wellbeing at work was a growing challenge for companies during difficult economic environments, as they try to encourage their employees to be more productive.
