Edenville Energy chairman resigns
Edenville Energy non-executive chairman Sally Schofield has resigned after six years with the company.
In a statement on Friday, the AIM-listed firm said she had made the decision to step down for “personal reasons” and to allow her to fully manage her personal commitments outside of Edenville.
Schofield will be ensuring an orderly transfer of responsibilities to the company's CEO Rufus Short who will assume the responsibilities of chairman while options for the appointment of a new permanent chairman are considered.
However, she will also remain available to assist the company on a consultancy basis as required.
