NextEnergy completes multiple acquisitions in £22m deal
Investment company NextEnergy Solar Fund has completed the acquisition of three solar power plants for a combined value of £22.1m and a combined 18.3 megawatt peak (MWp).

The London-listed group has acquired the operational 11.5MWp North Farm solar power plant in Dorset for up to £11.5m and has also secured the 5.0MWp Birch solar power plant in Essex in a deal worth up to £5.3m.
The third deal saw the group acquire the operational 1.8MWp Thurlestone Leicester rooftop solar power plant portfolio in Leicestershire for up to £2.3m, bringing the group’s total assets to 21 plants totalling 253 MWp for a total investment value of £296.1m.
NextEnergy shares were untraded at 0956 BST on Wednesday.
