The Company’s Investing Policy is to establish and/or acquire a diverse portfolio of direct and indirect interests in companies and/or projects at any stage of their development or operational lifecycle with a particular focus on the natural resources, energy, clean technology, financial technology, business technology, infrastructure, property, consultancy, brand licensing and leisure sectors. However, the Company will consider opportunities in all sectors as they arise if the Board considers there is an opportunity to generate potential value for Shareholders.
