The Logistics segment provides the customer fulfilment centers (CFCs) and logistics services for customers in the United Kingdom (Wm Morrison Supermarkets Limited and Ocado Retail Limited). The Technology Solutions segment provides end-to-end online retail and automated storage and retrieval solutions for general merchandise to corporate customers both in and outside of the United Kingdom.
