The AIM-traded firm described SBS as a broadcasting company, which organised the successful Frankfurt Kpop.Flex concert in May 2022, and would now partner with KPOP LUX to create such events.
It said the London show, which was announced on 17 May last year, would take place at the O2 over three days - 22, 23 and 24 September - with tickets going on sale in the first quarter of the year.
SBS would produce, while Live Company joint venture KPE would executively produce, and PK Events would promote the event.
The Madrid show, meanwhile, would bring the 52,000 seat Civitas Metropolitano stadium - home to Atletico Madrid - a show on 22 July, with tickets going on sale in the first quarter as well.
SBS would produce, Live Company would executively produce, and a promoter for the event would be announced in due course.
The main financial obligations of KPOP LUX would be met by the relevant event promoters out of advance ticket sales, the company explained.
“I'm delighted to have reached an agreement with SBS to put on two K-pop concerts in Europe this year,” said David Ciclitira of KPOP LUX and chairman of Live Company.
“With their artistic direction and unrivalled knowledge both shows will be incredible.
“This will be the start of a long-term relationship with other projects already in the pipeline.”
