The AIM-traded firm said the news comes after the grant of the mine permit by the US Bureau of Land Management (BLM) in late July,.
It said the BMRR is a bureau of the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection, with permitting a “joint agency action” based on its joint submission of its plan of operations to the BLM, and reclamation permit application to the BMRR.
The final decision approves its proposed mine reclamation plan, as set out in its joint plan of operations and reclamation permit application.
It would be subject to a 10-day appeal period, the board explained, and becomes effective on 15 August.
“This is the second of the two key permits required for mine development,” said executive chairman Patrick Cheetham.
“We have already seen a positive response from potential customers to our mine permit announcement and look forward to reporting progress on the next steps for project development set out in last week's news release.”
