Director dealings: Aveva deputy CEO ups stake

Kidd, who exercised options over 6,691 shares awarded to him under the group's deferred share bonus plan on Tuesday, sold the shares at an average price of 3,886.0p each, for a total value of £122,603.30.

Earlier in July, Aveva reported a good start to the year as the firm set itself a target of 10% annual revenue growth over five years.

Aveva said it was aiming for compound annual revenue growth of about 10% a year to the financial year ending in March 2026, with the target being supported by gains from its acquisition of OSIsoft, which were expected to be at least £100.0m in the final year of the period.

As of 1615 BST, Aveva shares were up 1.70% at 3,954.0p.
