Thoma Bravo to buy Anaplan in $10.7bn deal

US enterprise software company Anaplan has agreed to be bought by software investment firm Thoma Bravo in a $10.7bn cash deal.
Under the terms of the acquisition, Anaplan shareholders will receive $66 per share and the business will be taken private.

The deal is expected to close in the first half of the year.
Anaplan shares surged in pre-market trade, up 27% to $64.02 at 1035 GMT.
