Sinch, whose share price has nearly tripled in the last year as working from home becomes an established trend during the coronavirus pandemic, said it expected the transaction to close in the second half of the year.
The company said the deal would establish Sinch as the leader in voice connectivity for both enterprises and telecom carriers in the US.
"Our joint strengths in voice and messaging provide a unique position to grow our business and power a superior customer experience for our customers," chief executive Oscar Werner said in a statement.
Sinch has expanded its global footprint rapidly. Last year bought buying ACL Global for €62m, Germany’s SAP Digital for €225m and Wavy for €60m to grow across Latin America.
