The FTSE 250 company said that represented an increase of 8.7% quarter-on-quarter, and 15.7% year-on-year.
Over the quarter, the FTSE All Share Index rose by 8.3% and the MSCI World Index rose by 9.4%.
At the start of the second quarter, funds under direction totalled £34.65bn, with inflows over the three months being £1.44bn while outflows were £518m.
That made for positive net flows of £926m, while market movements were £1.82bn for the period and other movements were £8m.
“I am pleased to report that funds under direction have shown strong growth, reflecting positive net flow growth in the quarter and the upward movements in world equity markets,” said IntegraFin chief executive officer Ian Taylor.
“Political and economic uncertainties have not gone away, however, and still give rise to unhelpful background noise.”
