Debenhams Retail Ltd is the Ireland subsidiary of Debenhams.
Back in May, KPMG's Kieran Wallace was appointed examiner for loss-making Debenhams Retail Ltd in a bid to save all of its 11 stores.
As part of the restructuring plan, the Irish subsidiary had secured new leases at several key stores, a report in Retail Gazette said.
